PREP:

• please was your hair the day/night beforehand with regular or clarifying shampoo. please avoid putting any product or conditioner afterwards, this ensures we will have no issues with any of our application processes!

• please make sure your hair is dry for our appointment

Things to bring:

yhis will be a longer appointment, so feel free to bring the following items! (we have snacks, beverages, water, but feel free to bring anything else!)

• a charger

• a book

• water/beverages (if you prefer something different)

• a few little snacks (for processing times)

• if you get cold easily, i like to suggest bringing a hoodless sweater or cardigan. avoid wearing turtle necks or hoodies, it can be difficult to work around the neck area/easy place to get stained, wet, or full of hairs!

• don’t wear anything you care about. i’m very careful when it comes to the application process, but sometimes things happen and i don’t wanna ruin anything!

EXPECTATIONS:

• will be pretty quiet throughout the lightening portion of our service. when i talk a lot, I go really slow. I am still down to listen to you though if you’d like to converse during that time! otherwise, feel free to chill on your phone, read, or play on a switch. the rest of the time after should be normal (:

• if you are comfortable, i’d love to maybe record our process and of course, take before and after photos. if you do not feel comfortable with this, please do not hesitate to let me know! I totally understand and will not be upset.
